HartSpaces Terms & Conditions Agreement

By completing this booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying Hartspaces in advance.
In the unlikely event that Hartspaces must cancel the event, a full refund will be issued.

3. Attendance & Responsibility
Attendance is at your own risk.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout the event, including choosing activities appropriate for your physical and mental condition. Please inform Hartspaces of any medical conditions, allergies, or requirements in advance.

4. Programme Changes
Hartspaces reserves the right to make changes to the programme, facilitators, schedule, or venue if necessary. Any changes will be made thoughtfully and with the intention of preserving the overall experience.

5. Accommodation (if applicable)
Accommodation is subject to availability and will be confirmed separately where applicable.

6. Photography & Media
Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media unless you notify Hartspaces in writing prior to the event.

7. Personal Belongings
Hartspaces is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

8. Respect & Community
This is a shared space rooted in respect, safety, and community. Hartspaces reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or harmful to others.
